Eco central heating system installation for former farmhouse

As part of major refurbishment works to an old cottage in Southwell, Principle Energy Solutions were appointed, following recommendation, by local building contractors to install a brand new central heating system throughout the property. The build almost doubled the size of the property and the new heating and water system needed to have the contemporary features of a modern, sustainable solution and be robust enough to manage the demands of a busy family, while being sympathetic to the infrastructure of the former farmhouse. 

Plumbing and heating services delivered:

  • Supply and installation of a brand new central heating system and eco boiler  with good mains pressure and capacity to service a busy family home

  • Supply and installation of 14 new period style radiators, a dedicated plant room, 300L cylinder water tank and a three zone, thermostat controlled underfloor heating system

  • Sourced, supplied and fitted all equipment

  • Installed all new plumbing with a cylinder boiler combination

  • Provided solution for good quality flow rate and water pressure throughout the home

  • Complete project management, installation and fitting service for heating and plumbing elements of the project
