Underfloor heating in West Bridgford home renovation

As part of a complete renovation of a two storey semi detached home in West Bridgford, we supported the building contractors with heating and plumbing throughout. We developed a three zone underfloor heating system, delivered a full bathroom replacement, installed an additional ensuite, replaced a complete heating system with new boiler and carried out a full overhaul of all pipework.

New en-suite bathroom installation in Gedling Village home extension

To provide additional toilet and shower facilities as part of an extension on a five bedroom detached home in Gedling Village, we installed a brand new en-suite bathroom. We supplied and fitted all sanitaryware, including wall mounted 'his and hers' sinks and a unit with matching splash-back. All new plumbing with a cylinder boiler combination was able to provide good quality flow rate and water pressure to the rain and hand held shower.

Central heating system for former farmhouse in Southwell

In a major refurbishment of an old cottage in Southwell, we were appointed by the building contractors to install a brand new central heating and eco boiler system with good mains pressure and capacity to service a busy family home. Complete with 14 new period style radiators, a dedicated plant room, 300L cylinder and a three zone underfloor heating system, the project almost doubled the size of the property.

Creating a client cloakroom and upgrading staff stalls at Absolute Design

Creative design agency, Absolute, worked with us to transform a store cupboard into a stylish client cloakroom and upgrade the team’s toilet facilities. One of only two stone-built buildings in West Bridgford and the former home of the HP Sauce founder, the project delivered a new hot water source to the downstairs of the historic building, a contemporary client toilet and a bathroom refurbishment in keeping with the period property.
